A list of charges applicable from 1st January 2010 is provided below:

Prices are all inclusive of accommodation, meals (excluding certain special/prescription diets where provided), heating, bedding and non-alcoholic drinks!!
Minimum charges apply for short stays as follows:-
Peak Season (July/August/September & Christmas/New Year)
One Cat £50
Two Cats + £55
Off-Peak Season (All other periods)
One Cat £40
Two Cats + £45
In the event of your cat requiring veterinary treatment, it may be necessary to charge a flat rate of £12.50 per visit, in order to cover fuel and vehicle costs and time spent away from the cattery.
Reservations
At the time of booking it is helpful to run through a checklist of required information including time and date of arrival/departure and guest specific details such as name, age, sex, food preferences, medical and dietary needs etc. Any change in circumstances between reservation and arrival must be notified.
You may be asked to provide a deposit at the time of booking. This will be either 25% of the total booking charge or £30 minimum for one cat; £50 minimum for two cats or more. Larger deposits may be requested at peak times.
Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation is made, should this be cancelled at short notice, iwe regret that it is necassary for us to charge a cancellation fee. These will be payable as follows: -
Less than 21 days notice - 25% of the total boarding fee (minimum £25)
Less than 14 days notice - 50% of the total boarding fee (minimum £25)
Less than 7 days notice - 100% of the total boarding fee
Arrivals and Departures
At the time of reservation, you will be asked to confirm a time for arrival and departure. This is extremely helpful in allowing me to work around the relevant mealtimes and cleaning routines, as well as ensuring I can offer you and your cat the maximum amount of time and attention at the point of drop-off or collection.
Arrivals and departures are carried out by appointment only between the following hours:

| Sunday | 10.30am to 12.00pm and 3.30pm to 4.30pm |
| Closed | Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday. All other Bank Holidays - 10.30am to 12.00pm only |
In exceptional circumstances, I can make arrangements for arrival and departure outside these hours, but this MUST be by prior arrangement only.
